• You keep all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive, store or claim any rights over your images or the results.

4. AI-generated results

The Website's design, text and branding belong to us. The Service is built on open-source software, includingUpscalerJSand TensorFlow.js, which are used under their respective licenses.
